Payment is by PayPal or bank transfer with 20 percent at the time of booking and the balance due no later than 8 weeks before your holiday
*Note - we do have to make a small charge for payments by Paypal as their fees to us are very high, but most banks charge for transfers, so we leave you free to choose the cheapest or most convenient method for you

If you prefer, to save paying 2 lots of bank transfer or Paypal fees you can pay the whole amount of your holiday at the time of booking and we will give you a discount of 5% of the total cost, including the riding if applicable. If you need to cancel your holiday more than 8 weeks prior to your visit, you will be entitled to a full refund, less deposit. Only applies to holidays booked more than 3 months before holiday date.

Insurance - Horseriding is classified as high risk sport and is carried out at your own risk. We ask that all guests take out their own travel insurance. We can not accept responsibility for accidents or injury beyond our control. We do provide a selection of riding hats and boots but you may prefer to bring your own. We do have public liability insurance.
